Our run leaders are all qualified through England Athletics, so you're in safe hands whatever your pace. They're experienced, friendly, and passionate about making every run enjoyable — whether you're just finding your feet or chasing a new personal best. You'll find them at the front, the back, and everywhere in between, making sure no one gets left behind.

Lydia

Lydia heads up the 2.5k run/walk sessions on Monday evenings and Friday mornings, making her a great first point of contact for anyone just starting out. As well as leading the general sessions, she also keeps things organised on the admin side by taking the register, so everything runs smoothly from the moment you arrive and you will always be greeted with a big smile. She is also the club events queen!
