Lydia
Lydia heads up the 2.5k run/walk sessions on Monday evenings and Friday mornings, making her a great first point of contact for anyone just starting out. As well as leading the general sessions, she also keeps things organised on the admin side by taking the register, so everything runs smoothly from the moment you arrive and you will always be greeted with a big smile. She is also the club events queen!

He's also a firm believer in doing things properly, so you can count on a good stretch before and after every run to keep you feeling your best.

Amanda leads the Thursday Level Up sessions, often alongside Tim so that runners have a couple of options to choose from depending on their pace and ability. It's a great example of how the club makes sure there's something to suit everyone, whatever stage you're at in your running journey.

Alan heads up the Thursday Level Up sessions planning structured sessions with Amanda and Tim. He is also the Summer League guru. He specialises in organising and leading the longer Sunday trail runs for those who like to take their running off road and into the great outdoors.
